"Care tips were decent, but I wasn’t totally sure I understood everything"
The care tips were helpful enough overall, but I still found myself wondering if I was doing a few things right. Maybe it was just me, but some parts could’ve been a little clearer. I appreciated the guidance, I just had a couple questions afterward.

"Communication could’ve been better"
I had to chase for updates more than I expected, and replies came late most of the time. To be fair, I don’t think anyone was trying to ignore me, but the communication definitely made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Exactly What I Wanted"
I’m not the most patient person, so I loved that customizing this ring was actually quick and simple. I didn’t want something that looked like every other ring out there, and being able to pick the wood, metal, and size made it easy. It showed up looking pretty much exactly how I had pictured it. Really happy with how it turned out

"Really happy with my ring"
I ordered a ring from Staghead Designs and the craftsmanship sorta stood out to me right away. The fit was spot on, the edges felt smooth, and the little details looked really clean in person. You can tell it wasn’t just rushed out. It feels sturdy but still comfortable, and I keep catching myself noticing the finish when I’m wearing it. Really happy with it.

"I got this as an anniversary gift and..."
I got this as an anniversary gift and overall it turned out really nice. It felt personal without being over the top, and the style fit the occasion really well. My partner genuinely liked it, which was the main thing. The only downside is that I felt a bit misled about the shipping time. I expected it to arrive sooner based on what I saw when ordering, and it came a little later than I hoped. It wasn’t a huge deal in the end, but it did make me a little nervous. I’d probably still use Staghead Designs again for a birthday or wedding gift, just with extra time built in.

"Easy return and solid warranty help!"
I accidentally ordered the wrong ring size at first, i was a little worried the return was going to be a whole thing... but it wasn’t at all. I emailed them, got a quick reply, and they explained exactly what I needed to send back. A few months later, I had a small issue and ended up using the warranty, same experience. No hassle, no weird back-and-forth, they just helped me get it taken care of. Really appreciate how simple they made it!

"Really happy with the quality for the price"
I got my order from Staghead Designs, i thought the price was fair. The ring looks really nice and doesn’t feel cheap at all. I was a little worried at first since custom stuff can get expensive fast, but this ended up feeling like a solid deal for what I got. Shipping was about what I expected too, nothing weird or surprising. Overall, for the money, I’m really happy with it and I’d definitely order again.

I ordered from Staghead Designs it was way easier than I expected. "Unique design and really happy overall"
I was looking for something a little different, and Staghead Designs definitely had way more interesting options than most of the places I checked. The styles don’t feel copy-pasted or boring, which I really appreciated. The only small downside was that it took me a bit longer to decide because there were so many choices, but that’s not exactly the worst problem to have. Mine ended up being simple but still unique, which was exactly what I wanted. Overall, I’m really happy with it, it feels personal without being too flashy, and I’ve already had a few people ask where I got it.

I got my ring made with wood from my grandpa’s old barn, and I’m not gonna lie, I teared up a little when it arrived. It’s not like it doesn’t mean a ton to me — it really feels like I’m carrying a small piece of my family with me every day.

They offered a few different payment options, which was definitely helpful. But the financing part? Why was that not a little clearer from the start? It took me some time to figure out what worked best, so it wasn’t a huge issue, just a bit more confusing than I expected.

"Felt a bit like a bait and switch"
The product itself seems okay, but the whole experience left me feeling kind of misled. Customer service was really slow to respond, and I had to follow up more than once just to get any kind of answer. Even then, it wasn’t very clear right away. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely had a bit of a bait and switch feeling and made the order way more stressful than it needed to be

I mean, the ethical claims seem fine from what I can tell, but I kind of wish they shared more details about the sourcing. It’s just not quite clear enough for me to feel fully confident.

"Good shipping overall"
I ordered from stagheaddesigns and the shipping was good overall. The tracking updated about as expected, and it arrived around the time they said it would. The box had a small dent, but the item inside was totally fine. Not perfect, but I’d order from them again...
